The Document Agent understands the page before it converts it

It decides which pages need OCR, recognizes headings, paragraphs, tables, columns, and reading order, then creates an editable Word file and flags anything uncertain.

Check the result before delivery

Create the DOCX and flag unclear text or layouts that need a look.

Questions before you start

Does it work on scanned PDFs?

Yes. The Document Assistant can detect image-only pages, run OCR, and rebuild the result page by page. It also flags text that is difficult to recognize instead of silently guessing.

Are tables really preserved?

The Agent aims to create native, editable Word tables. Simple tables usually transfer cleanly; nested tables, unusual merged cells, handwriting, and very complex layouts can require a manual check.

What files can I upload?

This page accepts one PDF up to 30 MB. For a larger or unusually long document, split it into parts or ask the Assistant to help plan a batch workflow.

Is the converted layout guaranteed to be identical?

No converter can guarantee pixel-perfect Word output for every PDF. Missing fonts, complex positioning, forms, handwriting, and damaged scans can change the result. The Assistant highlights likely review points so you can correct them in the same conversation.

Can tables be exported to Excel too?

Yes. Choose the table option or ask for both a DOCX and an XLSX. The Assistant can place each detected table on a separate sheet and flag uncertain cells.

How are uploaded documents handled?

The file is processed in an isolated task environment and protected by your account access controls. Review your organization policy before uploading highly confidential or regulated documents.
